Our newest endeavour and first in the culinary sector, The Courtyard by Sublime was launched in November 2019 at Prestige Trade Towers, Bengaluru to cater to the varying palates, inhabiting the Bangalore’s iconic Palace Road. Located at the ground floor of Prestige Trade Towers, the commercial hub in the area, we are a multi-cuisine food arena, offering a range of coveted food options and brands to one and all, ranging from the soothing Pan-Asian to the wholesome and piquant Indian cuisine and much more.
The Courtyard by Sublime is exquisitely designed to recreate an alfresco ambience. Complete with side pavements, patios and a central fountain, it is bound to carry you to traditional European market sidewalks and avenues. Additionally, the roof is masterfully decorated to recreate the beauty of a honey-hued sunny day in the youth of spring, softly radiating its glowy warmth.
The Courtyard by Sublime began with a simple question: what if a meal could feel like a journey, not a transaction?
We built this space to recreate the charm of a European market street. Side pavements, patios, a central fountain, and a ceiling painted like an open sky, serene blue and bursting with clouds, come together to set a mood before a single plate arrives. We set out to create an arena where multiple cuisines, from soothing Pan-Asian to fiery Indian, sit comfortably alongside each other, each with its own character.
Design was never an afterthought here. Every material, every corner, every light fixture was chosen with intention, to slow people down, to turn a quick bite into a reason to stay a little longer. The brands that call the courtyard home each bring their own craft and culture to the table, and together they create something larger than any single cuisine could.
